eBridge Solutions is a web-based records storage system. The Environmental Health Division of Okeechobee County is currently scanning all completed records (septic and well permits) into this system. 

Not all records are available at this time; however, we are consistently scanning records on a weekly basis. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please call 863-462-5804.

To access the eBridge Solutions system, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.ebridge.com
  2. Click "Customer Login"
  3. Username: public
  4. Password: password
  5. File Cabinet: okeechobeechd 

The retrieve tab is located in the upper left-hand side of the screen. You can search by permit type (septic or well); permit number; street address; street name; or city.
