WIC is a government funded program that provides healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare for women, infants and children.

The Okeechobee County WIC Agency is administered by the Florida Department of Health in Okeechobee County.

WIC offers a variety of services to clients.  These services include nutrition services, counseling and education; breastfeeding education and support; healthy foods, specified food packages; and referrals to healthcare and other support resources in the community.
